  2. Feeling happy or excited

  4. Feeling satisfied after a meal
  5. Spending time with friends who use
  6.  Drinking coffee or any other beverage
  7.  During class/work breaks
  8. Driving in your car

Coping skills:
-Staying busy/distracted
-Drinking more water
-Breathing through cravings
-Go for a walk
-Identify and understand your triggers (list above)
-Build relationships- talk with someone
-Develop a new routine
-Set Goals
